Jr. Engineer​/Office Engineer

The LiRo Group seeks a Jr. Engineer / Office Engineer to support construction and infrastructure projects. In this entry-level role, you will assist with field observations, daily reports, quantity takeoffs, and project documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, tracking RFIs and submittals, updating schedules and cost logs, and coordinating with contractors and design teams. You'll gain exposure to transportation, building, and public works projects while learning industry standards and best practices in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and senior engineers on construction and infrastructure projects.
• Perform field observations and prepare daily inspection and progress reports.
• Review drawings and specifications to verify compliance with project requirements.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Process and track RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized project records and logs.
• Assist with preparation of technical reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
