Job Summary: The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. The ideal candidate will handle an average of 70 vehicle turns per month, demonstrating strong ethical standards, trustworthiness, and teamwork. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow within our dealership.

• Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a professional and ethical manner.
• Secure financing deals by working with banks, credit unions, and other lenders.
• Manage a high volume of customer transactions, averaging around 70 turns per month.
• Maintain accurate and clean paperwork for all deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and customers.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about current financing programs, incentives, and industry trends.
• Uphold dealership policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• Clean paperwork with a strong track record of ethical practices.
• Ability to handle a high volume of deals efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
