The Residential Mortgage Lender is responsible for originating residential mortgages resulting in successful mortgage closings for our customers.

• Establish strong relationships with centers of influence to promote the bank's products and services through a referral network of realtors, builders, attorneys, and professional and personal contacts.
• Generate complete mortgage applications and ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are followed.
• Cross-sell bank products and services through referrals to the branches while meeting and exceeding established loan production goals.
• Knowledge of conventional and government mortgage lending guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service response time and accuracy of all documentation, including sales process tracking.

• BA, BS preferred degree and/or 3 plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
