We're currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Hairdresser / Stylist to join our team!What You'll Do
- Provide professional hair services, including consultation, cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, and specialized treatments.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and personalized care.
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and home-care routines to clients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic station and salon environment.
- Stay updated on current beauty trends, techniques, and salon products.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with knowledge of skincare treatments and esthetic procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling, sales tracking, and client management.
- Expertise in performing a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, eyelash extensions, tinting services, waxing (body and facial), hair threading, makeup application, nail care, barbering techniques, and body waxing.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times.
- Ability to operate laser equipment safely for esthetic laser treatments.
- Strong sales skills to promote skincare products and additional services confidently.
- Excellent client communication skills to understand needs and deliver tailored treatment plans.
