Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00, Friday 8:00-4:00 (Full Time)

At Nuvance Health, we value connection, agility, and imagination. As a Medical Practice Patient Representative, you will support a collaborative medical team in a multi-specialty outpatient setting and contribute to patient care and operational excellence.

• Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival with a pleasant, effective communication style.
• Verifying patient demographics and insurance information for accuracy.
• Handling inbound phone calls, routing or taking messages, and ensuring accurate verbal or electronic communication.
• Registering, verifying, and scheduling appointments, tests, and referrals according to office protocols.
• Managing order worklists and monitoring applications.
• Collecting co‑pays and reconciling finances.
• Coordinating record retrieval for new and established patients.
• Processing medical records and other documentation as required.
• Fulfilling all compliance responsibilities tied to the position.
• Modeling and upholding the organization’s values.
• Demonstrating reliable, dependable attendance.
• Assisting with other duties as needed.

• Ability to travel between practices as required.
• Salary Range: $18.13 - $34.50 per hour.
