Patient Care Technician II PCCU Night 8 Part Time

Nuvance Health -  - Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of patient care by performing, specific patient care tasks per scope of service and as directed by the Registered Nurse;
Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges and transport of patients;
Obtains and records Temperature, Pulse, Respirations, Blood Pressure, Oxygen saturation, weights, and Blood Glucose testing;
Demonstrates competence in advanced skills to include oral suctioning, enemas (no Fleets enemas), clean dressings after RN assessment, tube feeding set-up, external catheter, post-mortem care and suction canister set-up;
Communicates effectively with health care team members and documents appropriately
