Patient Care Technician-Nephrology- Full Time -Night

Nuvance Health -  - Responsibilities:
Assists in the delivery of patient care by performing, specific patient care tasks per scope of service and as directed by the Registered Nurse;
Assists with admissions, transfers, discharges and transport of patients;
Obtains and records Temperature, Pulse, Respirations, Blood Pressure, Oxygen saturation, weights, and Blood Glucose testing;
Demonstrates competence in advanced skills to include, but not limited to: oral suctioning, enemas (no Fleets enemas), clean dressings after a RN assessment, tube feeding set-up, external catheter (condom catheter), post-mortem care and suction canister set-up;
Communicates effectively with health care team members to share information and solve problems in a positive and result-oriented manner
