Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Safely operate a Hoyer lift to transfer bedridden clients.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical and emotional condition.
- Support clients with mobility, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and document services provided.
- Valid HHA or PCA certification is required.
- Experience caring for seniors, including bedridden patients, is essential.
- Familiarity with the NHTD program is a strong plus.
- Ability to safely operate a Hoyer lift .
- Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is highly desired.
- Must be compassionate, reliable , and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Full-time availability, including day and overnight shifts.
Caring Connections is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide quality care for seniors. This role involves providing 12-hour daily care to our clients, including those who are bedridden. Experience with the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) program and safe operation of a Hoyer lift is essential.
