Prepare and process salads, desserts, nourishments, and other cold items for service to patients, guests, and employees;
Serve meals to patients, guests, and staff in the hospital cafeteria and tray line to ensure timely service;
Deliver and retrieve meal trays for patients at their bedside and for special function orders;
Wash dishes, pots, and utensils and maintain proper sanitation in preparation for meal production and service;
Maintain kitchen areas in a clean, debris-free condition and promote a safe, efficient working environment in accordance with hospital policies
