Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Employee Relations
At TEG Federal Credit Union, we’re more than a financial institution — we’re a caring, community‑focused team that supports one another and the members we serve. We are currently seeking a Training & HR Associate to join our Human Resources team in Poughkeepsie, NY.
This role supports both employee training and HR onboarding functions, playing a key role in welcoming new hires and ensuring all employees are trained on credit union products, systems, policies, and procedures.
What You’ll Do:Training & Development
- Provide training for new employees on credit union procedures, services, policies, and systems
- Train new tellers on TEG’s core banking system (Symitar / Episys), including sales and service techniques
- Deliver ongoing training for current employees, including refresher training, system upgrades, and new product rollouts
- Conduct training in both classroom and branch environments, as appropriate
- Maintain, schedule, and track training assignments using TLC 360 LMS
- Assign positional and compliance training and ensure completion
- Assist with the annual training calendar
- Coordinate with Branch Managers on new teller training plans and progress
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and supporting new hire orientation
- Complete required onboarding documentation and system setup (I‑9 submission, system tickets, email access, etc.)
- Add new hires to HR and performance systems and assign initial training courses
- Provide backup support to the HR team as needed
- 1–3 years of related experience in training, human resources, or a financial institution
- Knowledge of or experience with core banking systems (Symitar/Episys preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training tools

Pay: $23 - $26 per hour (based on experience) + Annual Bonus Eligibility
