Tal Healthcare seeks a Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards to lead end-to-end HR processes, payroll oversight, benefits administration, and the transformation of manual workflows into automated, data-driven systems.
You will partner with Finance and external vendors, drive 401(k) modernization, implement HRIS integrations (Paycor, ADP, Oracle), and shape a high-impact, compliant HR function in a hybrid Hudson Valley environment (2–3 days onsite).
