Position: Senior IT Field Services Technician
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Type: Part‑Time, As‑Needed, On‑Call
Duration: 6‑month contract
Responsibilities- Provide on call, as‑needed, technical support for the Poughkeepsie Region Branches
- Hardware and software deployment and troubleshooting
- Support for new branch builds
- Remote End‑user support
- Equipment relocation as needed
- Conference room support (MTR rooms)
- iPhone deployments, etc.
- Collaborate closely with other IT teams and the retail team
