Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Specialist in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management, you will specialize in the implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support of business processes within various modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Implement Business Processes:
Configure, test, and troubleshoot business processes within Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn modules to meet client business objectives.

* Provide Comprehensive Support:
Deliver support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client-expected business results are achieved.

* Write Functional Design Documents:
Create functional design documents that outline the configuration and customization of the system to meet client business requirements.

* Test and Integrate Processes:
Test processes and integrate them into the clients' business environment to ensure seamless functionality.

* Write Preliminary Reports:
Write preliminary level reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

* Oracle HCM Talent Management Cloud Configuration:

Experience with implementing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting business processes within Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn modules.

* Functional Design Documentation:

Experience with writing functional design documents that outline system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.

* OTBI Reporting:

Experience with writing preliminary level reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.

* Release Processes:
Exposure to release processes and regression testing in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management.

* Business Process Integration:

Experience with integrating business processes into clients' business environments to ensure seamless functionality.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* OTBI Advanced Reporting:
Exposure to creating complex reports using OTBI to support in-depth business analysis and decision-making.

* Oracle Cloud Release Management:

Experience with managing release processes and regression testing in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management to ensure smooth upgrades and updates.

* Business Process Optimization:
Exposure to analyzing and optimizing business processes within Oracle HCM Talent Management Cloud to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
