Position: Test Technician/warehouse (I.T. skills)
Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking an Entry Level I.T. Tech Role (Test Tech) to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring that electronic devices are thoroughly tested and refurbished. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Receive laptops, tablets, and cell phones from clients across the country.

+ Conduct diagnostic testing and utilize customized software programs to refresh and refurbish devices.

+ Determine whether items can be reused or need to be scrapped.

+ Perform audits on electronic devices to ensure quality and functionality.

+ Engage in general warehouse duties, including picking and packing items as needed.

** What's Needed?*
* + Some previous computer experience or knowledge; A+ certification is preferred but not required.

+ Ability to troubleshoot computer issues effectively.

+ Willingness to stand for long periods while working at a computer station.

+ Capability to handle light industrial tasks, such as pulling boxes from shelves.

+ Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing (not testing for marijuana).
