Job SummaryThe TDX Administrator is a member of the Client Team as part of Marist Information Technology. This administrator takes technical direction from the TDX Architect and is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Team Dynamix ITSM (IT Service Management) and PPM (Project Portfolio Management) platforms. In addition, the role ensures the platform’s efficient operation, ongoing improvement, and expansion into additional Enterprise Service Management (ESM) areas beyond IT.
This position is hybrid eligible, with three days on campus per week and two days remote.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience administering and supporting Team Dynamix ITSM & PPM or a similar platform.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Platform configuration and maintenance: configure and maintain Team Dynamix (ITSM & PPM), including user roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and service catalog.
- Enterprise Service Management: partner with business units to launch and mature new service desks (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and translate processes into standardized request categories, service catalogs, knowledge, and workflows.
- Integration and automation: lead integration of asset management systems and other enterprise applications within Team Dynamix to support real‑time asset tracking, reporting, and automated workflows.
- Reporting and analytics: develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insight into service performance, resolution times, customer satisfaction, and project progress using custom reports and Power BI integrations.
- Workflow optimization: design and optimize ticketing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Knowledge & self‑service experience: build and govern knowledge articles and design portals for intuitive search, accessibility, branding, and journey‑based navigation; drive deflection through KB surfacing, request guidance, and virtual agent.
- System performance and support: monitor system performance, ensure platform reliability and security, and provide Tier 2/3 support for Team Dynamix‑related issues and enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience with APIs, JSON, and Webhook/Callback patterns.
- Experience with Team Dynamix ESM Solutions.
- Experience developing custom reports and Power BI integrations.
- Experience supporting iPaaS automation.

- Tuition benefits:
- Up to 16 undergraduate credits per semester; up to 18 graduate credits per academic calendar; eligibility extends to employee, spouse, and dependent children under age 26.
- University pays 100% tuition; eligible dependents may be reimbursed up to $2,000 per semester toward tuition at another accredited institution.
