As a Systems Support Apprentice at IBM, you’ll work with a seasoned group of engineers and mentors in supporting our clients' systems. You will have the opportunity to apply your hardware knowledge and experience using the latest tools and technologies. The apprenticeship program includes on‑the‑job training and learning hours designed to develop the skills and competencies essential to the role. Successful apprentices complete the program in 12 months and are eligible to apply for full‑time roles after receiving a nationally‑recognized credential.

• Knowledge or experience in any one of the following:
  • General networking and infrastructure fundamentals
  • Server or storage management
• Some knowledge or experience with operating systems such as Windows or Linux
• High School Diploma or GED (required);
  Associate’s Degree or College Diploma (preferred)
• Willingness to complete the requirements of the apprenticeship program
