Assistant Business Transformation Analyst

Marshall & Sterling Inc seeks an Assistant Business Transformation Analyst to support process and systems improvement within our Information Systems team. In this role, you'll analyze workflows, data, and technology to identify efficiencies, document requirements, and assist with testing and implementation of new solutions. You'll prepare reports and dashboards, support project coordination, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across insurance, risk management, and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives across insurance and financial service lines
• Analyze workflows, data, and systems in the Information Systems group to identify efficiency and automation opportunities
• Document business requirements and translate them into clear specifications for technology solutions
• Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of new systems, tools, and process changes
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and finance, to ensure alignment on project goals
• Monitor performance metrics and help track benefits realization from transformation projects
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support project coordination activities
