This well-established manufacturer is looking for a Production Manager to lead one of its largest production operations. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of production, ensuring safety, quality and output targets are consistently achieved while leading a large production team.
Working closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse, you'll drive continuous improvement, develop your team and help deliver operational excellence across the plant.

This role would suit a Production Manager from a manufacturing environment who enjoys leading people, improving processes and driving operational performance. Experience with in food, beverage, packaging, chemicals, plastics or other manufacturing environments will all be considered.
The Role:- Lead all day shift production operations across a busy manufacturing facility
- Manage, coach and develop a team of approximately 40-50 production employees
- Drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse to optimise plant performance
- Production Management experience within manufacturing
- Experience leading production teams
- Bachelor's Degree
