gpac is partnering with a growing national food manufacturer to recruit a Production Supervisor for Southeast New York. This is a hands-on, on-the-floor leadership role where you will run a team, jump in where needed, and help scale the operation. Relocation may be offered for the right candidate.
You will direct bottling lines, drive throughput, coach 5–10 operators, and implement GMP, HACCP, SQF standards as the facility grows. The role offers growth opportunities as the company scales.
