Fractional Acquisition Lead – High-End Residential Services
Engagement:
Fractional / Independent (not employment)
Time Commitment: ~8–12 hours per month
Location:
Remote (local, affluent‑market experience preferred)
We operate a premium, owner‑operator‑led residential services business in an affluent coastal market (Hamptons/ North Fork). Growth is intentional and selective.
We are seeking an experienced fractional acquisition lead to sharpen residential customer acquisition and conversion. This is a focused, judgment‑driven role — not a branding or social media position.
Scope (deliberately narrow)- Residential customer acquisition via local, high‑intent channels
- Google search capture (intent alignment, structure, negatives — not volume buying)
- Remarketing logic (what should exist, what should not)
- Website optimization for conversion (clarity, structure, friction removal — not redesign)
- Messaging and copy refinement (direct mail, website, search ads)
- Channel prioritization with clear ROI discipline
No social media.
No branding initiatives.
No content calendars.
No agency work.
Who This Is For- Senior, independent operators
- Prior experience owning or leading customer acquisition for an owner‑led residential services business
- Strong direct‑response and demand‑capture mindset
- Comfortable working directly with principals
- Values discretion and scope discipline
- Not B2B or commercial marketing
- Not “growth hacking”
- Not media buying as a service
- Not a full‑time role
- Not an agency engagement
- ~8–12 hours per month to start
- Month‑to‑month
- Competitive fractional compensation
- Direct access to ownership
If this aligns with how you operate, please DM with:
- A brief summary of relevant experience
- One example where you improved results by removing complexity or spend, not adding it
Thank You for your time & I look forward to speaking with you.
