Job Summary:

The Marketing Events Manager will play a key role in elevating the Impiricus brand through the planning and execution of high-impact pharma and industry conferences, sponsor ships, and client-facing experiences. This role will own end-to-end execution across key event programs, including thought leadership opportunities, round tables, executive dinners, and other sponsorship activations designed to strengthen client relationships and create meaningful opportunities for the Sales team.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure every event is thoughtfully planned, executed seamlessly, and aligned with broader commercial priorities. From managing sponsorship deliverables and event logistics to coordinating speakers, meetings, travel, and onsite execution, you’ll help turn event strategy into experiences that drive visibility, engagement, and business impact.

Event Execution

• Oversee end-to-end planning of assigned pharma and industry conferences including managing timelines, operations/logistics, budgets, and booth/sponsorship deliverables.
• Own fulfillment of all sponsorship deliverables including registrations, tabletop booth displays, branding/creative assets, and other contracted benefits.
• Plan and execute round tables and client dinners, including venue/vendor coordination, guest list development, attendee recruitment communications, and other event deliverables.
• Manage on-site presence, as needed - ensuring everything runs smoothly and reflects the Impiricus standard of excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales and commercial leaders to coordinate priority attendees, client meetings, networking opportunities and event follow ups.
• Partner with marketing and design leaders to coordinate event content, marketing collateral and social media engagement.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with conference organizers, vendors, and other external event stakeholders.

Performance Measurement

• Ensure event leads, meetings, attendance and engagement data are accurately captured and shared with sales and marketing for timely follow up.
