Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Florida Director of Development at IDSF USA. The Director of Development will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors, developing and implementing fundraising strategies, conducting prospect research, managing annual and planned giving programs, and securing substantial philanthropic contributions. The role involves collaborating with other team members to achieve fundraising goals and support the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solicitations and Stewardship
• Experience in Prospect Research and Philanthropy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven experience in fundraising or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with Israel, the nonprofit sector and experience with donor management systems is a plus
