Monday‑Friday, 3 pm–11 pm or 11 pm–7 am Pay: $43.00–$47.50 per hour Sign‑on Bonus: $7,500 Daily Pay Available

1 Commons Drive, Lake Katrine, NY 12449 Brief Overview: A 258‑bed facility recognized for high‑quality subacute and long‑term care.

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Review complaints and grievances made by staff and report to the Director of Nursing as required.
• Maintain adequate stock of medications, supplies, and equipment, and notify appropriate personnel of needs.
• Assist in developing written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of each resident’s nursing needs.
• Make nursing/aide assignments as indicated.
• Encourage staff participation in outside training programs and arrange appropriate scheduling.

• Accredited nursing degree.
• Minimum two (2) years of direct care experience in long‑term care, restorative or geriatric settings.
• Minimum one (1) year as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Meet state licensing requirements with no disciplinary actions on professional license.
