Accucare Nursing and Home Care – 1:1 Nurse (Poughkeepsie, NY)

Accucare is an organization committed to empowering nurses to provide, maintain, and achieve a patient's optimal health. We are looking for dedicated nurses to serve as a 1:1 caregiver in patients' homes.

• One‑on‑one nursing in patient's home
• Care of a 13‑year‑old patient with Autism, behavioral precautions, gastrostomy, oxygen, and seizure activity
• Supportive family member available 24/7 to assist with behavioral issues
• Part‑time or per diem scheduling (full‑time cases available)
• Patient‑specific training provided
• Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (contact for more info)

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Experience in pediatrics not required
• NYS nursing licensure required
• Computer literate
• Completion of onboarding required prior to training
• Must be able to complete nursing notes prior to end of shift
• Must have malpractice insurance

• $44 per hour
