Accucare Nursing and Home Care is looking for a dedicated nurse to provide personalized care to a 13‑year‑old patient with autism in their home.

• 1:1 Nursing in patient’s home
• 13‑year‑old with Autism, Behavioral precautions, Gastrostomy, Oxygen, Seizure activity
• Supportive family member available 24/7 to assist with behavioral issues
• Part‑time or per diem scheduling (Full‑time cases available)
• Patient‑specific training provided
• Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact for more info)

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 3:15 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday & Friday: 3:15 PM – 11:00 PM

• Experience working in pediatrics not necessary
• NYS Nursing licensure required
• Must be computer literate
• Completion of onboarding required prior to training
• Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
• Must have malpractice insurance

• $34/hr
