Per Diem Travel RN – Hospice Admissions & Access

Hudson Valley Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for responding to hospice referrals and performing admissions in contracted facilities. The ideal candidate will educate patients and families about hospice benefits while coordinating care with hospital staff. This position requires strong customer relations skills and clinical assessment skills. Each week, full-time shifts involve rotating duties including weekends and holidays.

The salary ranges from $37.50 to $43 per hour, translating to approximately $80,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and mileage reimbursement.
