Hudson Valley Hospice is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Hospice House team in the City of Poughkeepsie, New York. The LPN will be responsible for providing supportive and restorative care to patients, working under RN supervision and interacting with families and team members.
This full-time position requires a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. The ideal candidate holds a New York State practical nurse license and has at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospice setting.
