Job Summary

Accucare Nursing and Home Care is hiring nurses for 1:1 nursing positions in patient homes across various counties.

• Provide 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes.
• Manage patient care for a 23‑year‑old wheelchair‑bound patient with G‑tube, BiPAP, and medication management.
• Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift completion.
• Provide patient‑specific training as needed.
• Work flexible scheduling (full‑time, part‑time, and per diem).
• Maintain awareness of diverse cases and shifts in surrounding areas.

Weekdays:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

• NYS Nursing licensure required.
• Computer literate.
• Complete onboarding prior to training.
• Have malpractice insurance.

$42 per hour.
