Overview

Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 258-bed facility offering subacute and long-term care in the Hudson Valley. We provide a calm, friendly, and healthy environment for residents and staff.

Location:

1 Commons Drive, Lake Katrine, NY 12449.

• Admitting, discharging, and transferring residents as appropriate.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; administration of medications.
• Collaborating with the resident's interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents' condition per center policy.
• Work under direct supervision in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
• Deliver nursing care for residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.
• Collect resident data, observe, and report pertinent information related to care.
• Implement and evaluate the patient/resident plan of care in compliance with state regulations.
• Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing staff in appropriate situations.
• Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements and equipment setup/maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality and residents' rights for all information.

• LPN license (state).
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.
