Structural Program Coordinator NP / PA — Poughkeepsie, New York

The Heart Center is seeking a Full‑Time board‑certified Nurse Practitioner to join its established and growing Cardiology Practice (Hudson Valley Cardiovascular Practice, PC). This position is based at Vassar Brothers Medical Center and involves inpatient and outpatient care. The Structural Program Coordinator NP coordinates all services/systems required for an organized multidisciplinary team approach to the evaluation, treatment, and follow‑up of patients needing structural heart procedures, including TAVR, Watchman, Mitra Clip, and other new procedures.

• Provide care for a high volume, fast‑paced Cardiology service in collaboration with an outstanding team of cardiologists
• Provide coverage for urgent and emergent matters
• Conduct rounds
• Perform consultations, admissions and discharges

• NYS License and Board Certification
• Cardiology and critical care experience preferred
• New graduates will be considered with relevant experience

Salary Range: $105,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate or relative to experience.

Physical Environment:
Some exposure to dirt, odors, noise, human waste, etc.
