We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife - Laborist to provide patient-centered obstetric care.
Key responsibilities- Participating in initial examinations and collaborating with physicians on patient care, treatment, and delivery
- Evaluating pregnant patients through physical assessments, lab results, and patient statements
- Discussing cases with obstetricians to ensure adherence to practices
- Instructing patients on diet and prenatal health
- Monitoring labor, administering medications, and delivering infants
- Performing postpartum examinations to ensure normal recovery
- Multispecialty team-based practice with strong support staff
- Focus on clinical innovation and high-quality outcomes
- Supportive environment with dedicated administrative and clinical teams
- Master’s degree and Midwifery certification
- Completion of Midwifery Education Program
- At least four years of clinical Midwifery experience with references
- Current NYS Midwife License and AMCB certification
