Patient Safety Companion Night 8 Full Time

Nuvance Health -  - Responsibilities:
Assists in the delivery of patient care as a nursing team member by performing tasks as directed by the nurse for patients who require close observation;
Assists in maintaining patient safety and adheres to infection control policies;
Assists in providing comfort measures and therapeutic activities to patients as directed by the nurse;
Reviews with the nurse the written care plan and tasks for the shift; reports to the primary nurse on arrival and departure;
Assists with safe transfer of patients to and from stretcher or wheelchair using safe transfer techniques
