RN Supervisor - Weekend Shifts
12 Hour shifts possible

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will supervise nursing staff, oversee daily operations on the unit, and ensure high standards of care are maintained. If you are a registered nurse with a passion for guiding staff, supporting residents and families, and delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily operations on the unit
Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Support and mentor nursing staff, especially newer team members
Monitor resident care and review medical records
Address concerns from residents and their families
Maintain proper medical supply levels for the unit
Report updates and represent the unit to facility leadership
Help maintain strong standards of care across the department
Requirements:
Active RN License
2+ years of Long-Term Care experience
1+ year of Unit Manager or supervisory experience
Basic computer skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
