Description
This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work on-site in a vibrant medical practice environment, providing essential healthcare services to our community.
In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality urological care to patients. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and treatment. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving patient outcomes and enhancing our practice's reputation in the medical community.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist in urological procedures and surgeries
- Provide education and support to patients regarding urological health
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in urology practices and treatments
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- Current NP or PA license in the state of practice
- Experience in urology or a related field is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
