Vassar Brothers Medical Center of Northwell Health, is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife or Certified Midwife to join our team as the regional midwife director. We are building a team of 7 midwives providing full-scope midwifery care in the office and in the hospital alongside 2 full-time outpatient only midwives. We are a collaborative Midwife/OB-GYN team providing care to a diverse patient population that draws from multiple counties in the Hudson Valley. Conveniently located approximately 75 minutes north of New York City with direct access via the Metro-North train line, the Vassar region has a small town feel alongside the excitement of New York City.
Job Requirements- RN license and Master's degree required
- Graduate of an approved Certified Nurse Midwife program and current certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
- State of NY RN, Certified Nurse Midwife license, NY State Controlled Substance and Federal DEA Registration required
- 2+ years CNM experience required
- Spanish skills preferred but not mandatory

Salary: $90 hourly prn rate
