Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Poughkeepsie, NY, for a Quality Technician. The Quality Technician will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality, conducting quality control checks, performing quality audits, and managing quality assurance standards. This role will involve analyzing production processes, reporting deviations, and developing solutions to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. The technician will work closely with other team members to ensure compliance with regulatory and company-specific quality requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Quality Auditing
  • Familiarity with Quality Management systems and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an advantage
  • Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing is a plus
