Bisnow seeks a Land Development Manager to lead complex land development projects within the Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina region, reporting to the VP, Real Estate Operations. You will act as Owner’s representative for site-work and amenities with cross‑functional teams, consultants and contractors.
You will drive quality, safety and budgets, manage schedules, and travel weekly to project sites and regional offices as needed.
