Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch service, taking orders, and ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere will contribute significantly to our guests’ enjoyment and satisfaction.

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, explaining daily specials and answering any questions they may have.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system or Open Table.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service areas to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
• Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Assist in setting up for special events or functions as needed within the nightclub setting.

• Strong knowledge of food service operations and hospitality principles.
• Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is an advantage.
• Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences in a nightclub atmosphere is highly desirable.
