Key Sales Associate

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is looking for dynamic, driven and creative individuals to join our team. In this role you will engage customers, present merchandise, offer service plans and financing options, collaborate with the sales team to deliver a superior experience, and help meet individual and team sales goals. You may also assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as required.

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Base pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.10 plus commission on sales; final pay rate determined by experience and qualifications.
