• As a Specialist – Off Field Operations, you will support critical processes and ensure the store is consistently athlete-ready. Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area of the store, focusing on best practices, exceptional selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs (e.g., loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, and related policies.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect.
• Adheres to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and to applicable laws and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred

Targeted Pay Range: $19.00 - $27.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
