Assistant Store Manager
Are you an experienced leader looking for an opportunity to grow with a busy, fast-paced convenience store?
Our 24/7 Convenience Store & Gas Station is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Previous management or supervisory experience required.
- Previous convenience store and/or gas station experience required.
- Open availability is required, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, as our store operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with New York Lottery is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the daily operations of the store.
- Supervising, coaching, and supporting team members.
- Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example.
- Assisting with store ordering and inventory management.
- Helping implement and support loss prevention and shrink reduction initiatives.
- Maintaining merchandising, cleanliness, and company standards.
- Helping ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
