In our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division, we provide technologies for irregular heart rhythms, heart failure management, and protection against sudden cardiac arrest.
Responsibilities- Sell Boston Scientific products by scheduling and conducting sales calls with current and prospective customers to achieve revenue and unit growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Execute territory-specific sales strategies that address the needs of hospital staff, physicians, and decision makers.
- Assess customer needs, clinical goals, and procedural workflows by engaging with physicians and care teams to identify the most appropriate solutions.
- Address product or service concerns by developing effective solutions, independently or in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders through meetings, conversations, and conference participation to expand network and uncover new opportunities.
- Educate customers on clinical benefits and proper use of products via engaging presentations, demonstrations, and educational tools.
- Contribute to resource planning by recommending clinical support needs for implants, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up care.
- Attend and support device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms, and provide ongoing follow-up to ensure patient and customer success with implanted products.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical or sales role in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Willingness to participate in a rotational 24/7/365 on-call schedule with the sales team.
- Flexibility to work variable hours and complete an extensive training program.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full‑time position will be $60,000
, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as core and optional benefits offered at BSC.
COVID‑19 vaccination status may be required for this position. Proof of vaccination will be requested during the interview and selection process. The role is safety‑sensitive and requires a pre‑employment drug test.
