Job Overview
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services.
In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Daily, you will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established business partners, assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business.
Adapting to a fast‑paced environment, you will use high‑quality sales training and the latest sales technology to succeed, even if you have no prior sales experience.

- Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted at decision‑makers and business owners, building a network and capturing new business.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling cloud‑based human resources solutions and cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

- A college degree is great but not required. Experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or similar fields, or military experience, is acceptable.
- Prior quota‑carrying experience.

Base salary offers vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation ranges from USD $35,900.00 to USD $77,700.00 per year, subject to applicable minimum wage and salary requirements.
