Lead Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager (USA, UK and India hiring)

JK Tech is a mid‑sized digital transformation company serving clients across the US and UK. We operate in three key industry segments:
Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, and Financial Services & Insurance, focusing on Data, Cloud & AI/ML technologies. Our digital business has grown about 85% in recent years, with Retail & CPG contributing 55% of revenue.

Desired profile

• Hunter with excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling business presentations.
• Experience selling IT services to Insurance P&C clients.
• 10+ years as a pure hunter, having secured new logos in the last two years (minimum 4–5).
• Strong background in digital transformation, having sold or understood Data/Digital Transformation services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and build relationships based on trust and respect.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and account notes.
• Keep updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
• Identify industry trends.
• Act as a client advocate focused on improving the buyer experience.
