In this key role, you’ll support both our customers and sales team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls, assisting callers, or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Accurately entering customer and sales lead information into our database.
- Scheduling appointments and verifying details for accuracy.
- Communicating effectively with the sales team to keep processes running smoothly.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
