Description

Healey Brothers Inc., Hudson Valley's Largest Automotive Brand, is seeking a Transmission Technician to join our Ford dealership in Poughkeepsie. Ideal candidates will have Ford dealership transmission experience; however, experience working on transmissions in an independent shop is also welcome. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of transmission experience, dealership experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with Ford vehicles, dealership or independent shop, preferred but not required
  • New York State Inspection License preferred but not required
  • ASE Certifications preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately
  • Perform all repairs and maintenance diligently
  • Communicate professionally with team members and advisors
  • Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment
  • Travel may be required using company vehicles
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Create a positive and fun atmosphere within the department
