The O'Neill Group is Seeking Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators
Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who are ready to put their skills to work!
If you have a passion for operating heavy machinery and a commitment to safety and precision, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and more.
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and maps.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Valid certification/license for equipment operation (if required).
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and tough environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
$30 - $40 per hour (Based on Experience)
