Electro-Mechanical Technician $500 Hiring Bonus Full-Time Position

Foam & Wash is seeking a seasoned Electro-Mechanical Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our maintenance team. This position plays a direct role in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of equipment across 12+ car wash locations and a Shell Mart convenience store throughout Dutchess and Orange Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and contributing to the reliability and performance of essential operating equipment.

• Perform new equipment installations and equipment relocations
• Perform repairs and maintenance on all related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pump/water, and mechanical systems
• Support equipment uptime through machine modifications, layout improvements, and general maintenance initiatives
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement operational improvements and increase equipment reliability
• Travel between locations as needed based on scheduled and emergency priorities

• Minimum 5 years of electro‑mechanical experience
• Strong electro‑mechanical troubleshooting skills and technical understanding
• Industrial and/or mechanical maintenance background preferred
• Experience with:
  • Control wiring
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • PLC programming
  • VFDs
  • CCTV systems
• Plumbing and additional trade skills such as welding are a plus
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is helpful
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively with management, peers, and site personnel
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
