Laborer
Laborer key member of our team, performing drain cleaning in commercial and residential environments. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. Job duties include assisting excavator operator in digging water lines, sewer lines, septic tanks, well heads, etc. This position is an entry level position where you will learn basic drain line and water line installation techniques as well as assisting in exposing those lines underground.
There is a lot of potential for overtime as these projects need to be done in a timely fashion, leading to longer work days. Our laborers must be self motivated and hard working. Our successful laborers have moved on to become full time plumbers after using this position to learn the basics and prove work ethic. Ideally you have prior experience in the plumbing industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.
You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
- Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
- Perform minor to non-complex service work on plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments
- Communicate problems, propose solutions, and explain billing to customers
- Prior industry experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to operate basic hand tools necessary for the craft
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality

Compensation: $35000-$50000
