Lead Carpenter
We are seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our team at D Rohde Home Services. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the construction and coordination of subcontractors for additions and new construction.
- Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Perform general labor duties on job sites
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Commit to on time arrivals and an eagerness to work and advance
- Demolition, digging and raking, material handling, & assisting sub contractors and excavators with simple to moderate tasks
- Work includes bathroom remodels, additions and new construction, site work, excavation, & hardscapes
- Prior experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
